Quantum Roofing Solutions is a roofing services business that operates out of West Chester, Pennsylvania and was founded by Anthony Avagliano, a graduate of Penn State University, with over 25 years experience in small business management and roofing services.  We service a large geographical area approx. 100 miles in all directions surrounding our home office.  Our core expertise is built around specialty leak services and has expanded into a successful well rounded business thanks to our loyal customer base.
